Agricultural roads initially built for agricultural traffic are increasingly being used for other purposes. Cut-through traffic, functional and recreational cyclists and pedestrians are putting pressure on these usually narrow roads.

Agricultural roads should be places where agricultural traffic is and remains the host, and where other users can be a safe guest.

The aim is to create mutual understanding between the different users of agricultural roads through traffic management, awareness-raising and communication.
